Which rule you believe is causing this? spclient.wg.spotify.com -> Breaks the mobile application and/or the playback sometimes api-partner.spotify.com -> Breaks the desktop applicaiton (Does not load)

i.scdn.co seems indeed images, delisted. api-partner.spotify.com -> need proof for this. This seems to be a tracker. spclient.wg.spotify.com -> do you run free spotify? This domain is known to serve ads. newjams-images.scdn.co -> not even present in blocklist? Invalid report dailymix-images.scdn.co -> not even present in blocklist? Invalid report

My spotify Linux desktop client does not load the homepage or any artist pages and search is broken when api-partner.spotify.com is blocked

I have the same effect on Linux with Spotify, I delete your list because half of the things stop working. Why the hell block e.g. blockchain.info? I use this site... and many others.
