Argent Vanguard overrun #16

Describe the bug All NPCs are dead/missing/engaging NPCs

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Go to Argent Vanguard in Northrend

Expected behavior Argent Vanguard being a functional town

Additional context I actually spent a good deal of time trying to clear it. Even used the cannons but they just immediately respawn. Argent Vangaurd has been non-functional for several days now.

Shot in the dark, but I wonder if it's stuck on this quest: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13086/the-last-line-of-defense

It's basically an invasion of the Argent Vanguard that you have to fight off with the towers.

Interesting. I checked as Tonjin, and it was fine. Logged out and went straight there as Collin, and it is overrun. Collin doesn't have any quests in this zone either.

Saw on another private server that it was related to phasing and fixed in game by a GM. https://www.dalaran-wow.com/forums/community/general-discussion/topic/10345/cannot-see-any-npc-s

Finally found this guy, got the quest, and after completion, phase went to normal image
