nfcapd Process_ipfix issue #168

I don't know wether it's a bug here or a bug in the collector (ipt_netflow).

Jun 24 00:15:15 server nfcapd[1141]: Process_ipfix: [0] option template length error: size left 20 too small for 5 scopes length and 1 options length

There is obviously too little data to decode this option template
