Hi there!

This looks promising. Do you welcome contributions? I was thinking about updating dependencies and possibly adding rules / improving PBA003.

Also, it looks like you haven't published a nuget package. Would you either publish one or add an open-source license so that we could fork and use the code? Currently, as no license is specified, that is problematic.

MIT is a good choice for a very free license.

Hello Bruno! Thanks for your message: yes, I'd love to get contributions to this project; Unfortunately I only got to work on a pilot project, then had to move to something else so I neglected this little tool. In the meantime I added the license to the repo (MIT)!
