Fix a wrong statistical approach when summarizing $R_t$ estimates, as suggested by Adrian Lison (@adrian-lison).
The summary statistics are now using posteriors sampled from EpiEstim::sample_posterior_R() and then summarized (mean, quantiles) instead of averaging the summary statistics.
