Hospitalization rate (vaccinated indiv.) not working #24

When setting the hospitalization rate to zero, this doe not affect the hospitalizations. The problem seems to be with the hospitalization rate for the vaccinated individuals only (to double check).

It works fine. @davidchampredon was confused! The parameter to play with for the hospitalization rate of vaccinated individuals is vaccine effectiveness against hospitalization!!!
