--min-kmer-freq is no longer adjustable #61

In the current version of biohansel we were not able to lower the min-kmer-freq from the default 8. Also, in the Galaxy version 2.1.2 the same problem occurs. However in the older version (Galaxy version 2.0.0) the switch is working.
