Try out Azure Pipelines for CI/CD.

@Takadonet @DarianHole Looks like Travis CI is having some issues. I was curious about Azure Pipelines. It seems to work well for CI (see https://dev.azure.com/peterkruczkiewicz0831/biohansel/_build/results?buildId=3).

I like the compartmentalized checks and if its faster then Travis (which seems to take forever sometimes) then it is definitely worth looking into

Closing this PR since it's probably a better idea to move to Github Actions instead since its integration with Github is very nice and straightforward.
