Update to the Salmonella Enteritidis scheme from version 0.8.0 to 1.0.4

Updated Enteritidis version number
Updated Enteritidis tests to compare to the new version based on the results I got from running the data on the command line

Pytest is also saying that 'U' mode is depreciated and that may need to be looked at in the future but when running the command there is no indication that this should be worried about
Metadata merge is saying to use ".loc" but it currently works as expected, if anything changes we may need to address this with ".loc" but it should be ok
May need to change Metadata.py to read_csv as read_table is depreciated in pandas version 24.0
