Automated Workflow Executions: Launch Service auto naming #595

What does this PR do and why?

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.

When a WorkflowExecution is launched by an AutomatedWorkflowExecution, set the name to be the name of the AutomatedWorkflowExecution if present plus the Samples PUID.
