Docs: Bot accounts #624

What does this PR do and why?

This PR adds the user documentation for bot accounts.

Screenshots or screen recordings

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other pull requests.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. In a terminal, start the docs with the following commands: 
    cd docs-site
pnpm build
npm run serve
  2. Within a browser, navigate to http://localhost:4000/irida-next/docs/user/organization/groups/bot-accounts/introduction & http://localhost:4000/irida-next/docs/user/project/projects/bot-accounts/introduction.
  3. Read all the Bot accounts documentation under groups & projects and see if it makes sense from a user's perspective.
