Currently we identify fastq and fasta files and all other files are marked as unknown. We want to update this so that all text files (txt, csv, tsv, etc) are marked as text, and spreadsheet files (xls, xlsx) are identified as spreadsheet
Acceptance Criteria
Text and spreadsheet files are correctly identified
Changes made to the front end to display the newly identified file types (anywhere attachments are displayed)
Update of the attachment model to correctly set the metadata for the file format
Testing to ensure that all the newly identified file types display the correct format
After the newly added file types are added we should have the following file formats idenfitied (fastq, fasta, text, spreadsheet, and unknown)
