The output for this tool should be updated once the SISTR pipeline in IRIDA has been updated to version 1.1.1 (see https://github.com/phac-nml/irida/issues/196). In particular, any new fields produced by SISTR (such as loci found in addition to alleles found) should be incorporated into the output table.
