Fixed up some documentation so that the correct version of staramr (with correct dependencies) get installed via conda. Partially addresses issue #115

I'm closing this since it really only makes sense to fix this issue in a new release instead of updating the documentation. As of now the Galaxy tool will also be broken (since it'll try to install the latest pandas).
