Include drug resistances from PointFinder in StarAMR report #165

We should include the drug resistances from the PointFinder database in the StarAMR reports. For example, the values in the Resistance column here: https://bitbucket.org/genomicepidemiology/pointfinder_db/src/master/escherichia_coli/resistens-overview.txt

These should be included as another column in the StarAMR output and not replace the existing custom-developed drug-resistance values
