Incorporation of plasmids in final summary.tsv. That is summary.tsv should look like:

Isolate ID	Genotype	Predicted Phenotype	Plasmid Genes
SRR1952908	aadA1, blaTEM-57	streptomycin	IncX1, IncFIB(S)
