Let's switch the version number of the next release to 0.6.0 (since we won't have full support of everything in the PointFinder database with this release).
0.6.0
This requires updating the version number in code https://github.com/phac-nml/staramr/blob/master/staramr/__init__.py as well as in the CHANGELOG.md (and any other place it may appear in the documentation).
