Adding metadata to irida-next output json file using irida plugin and the iridianext.config.

Found the issue keeping 'metadata' from populating the iridanext.output.json file. Appears to be functional now. We renamed the reference genome to 'sample' name to allow for 'idcol' of the 'summary.tsv' to match.
