data update seems to have stopped working #6

Hi, I usually run phacochr::phaco_best_data_update() because the hosted data can be a little old. After your recent data update, this not necessary for a few weeks of course, but I still wanted to report that this now seems to return an error:

Ajout des anciens noms de rue pour la commune de CharleroiError:pathdoes not exist: ‘Rues-Nouveaux-noms_2024-01-17.xlsx’

Sorry for these bugs, we've gone back to the previous version (0.9.1.14) until we can fix them.
