Changing Notifications #31

Hi, I've changed the deprecated webkitNotifications for the new chrome.notifications API.

I've only changed the Ext.Notification class. The Comparision shows a lot of lines changed I think because my editor has activated a "trim spaces" feature, I suppose it has removed spaces in empty lines or something like this.
