Johannsen-Psaltis metric fits #13

This PR is draft as this is initially a WIP.

A couple of issues at the moment:

  1. JPLineProfile seems to igore the line energy parameter.

  2. The fitting runs into an automatic differentiation problem (but this could simply be that one of my packages is out of date).

The last commit should perhaps be on a separate branch but I didn't want to mess things up at the last minute.

The Johannsen-Psaltis disc fits are now included. Other modifications to the presentation included.
