Fit model with variable deformation parameters #8

It would be good to have a model, for a razor thin disc in the first instance, but with variable deformation parameters. Looking at, e.g., Tripathi et al. (2019) they constrain $\alpha{13}$ and $\alpha{22}$ separately in the Johannsen metric. So perhaps that is the metric to try first?
