You will find that most frameworks are moving away from their own i18n implementations and reverting to the intl extension.
Here is some information for you.
http://docs.phalconphp.com/en/latest/reference/intl.html
Since i18n covers a lot of areas, what do you have in mind? Translate strings so that your site is multilingual? Transform numbers based on the locale?
Another point, most of the forum is English based. i18n cannot control content for sure, only the labels that are available for the site. Is that what you are talking about?
Yes. niden. I have read that reference link intl.html. but, my point is Phalcon forum only labels also needs code based on i18n. because I did finish work for Phalcon forum labels translate to Korean language but maybe I think other asian people also have same problem. if already forum based i18n later this will be more easy job for them. please see the below link.

I also think is better code that way of i18n support clean code. anyway, I already know phalcon official website repository has i18n support code in bootstrap.php thats why I trying apply translate code to forum master branch. but I want know better way for about how to way i18n support of phalcon framework. I'll wait for this discussion.
