Webtools fatal error in Bootstrap file #1471

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Phalcon\Di\Exception: A dependency injection container is required to access internal services in /srv/src/Bootstrap.php:181

This happened after:

php /srv/phalcon project webtools
php /srv/phalcon webtools enable
php /srv/phalcon serve

And when I try to open the webtools page, the fatal error was throwed.
