When resolving cells, create as many tasks as threads are available.

(This includes #115 )

I have rebased this PR.
I am looking forward to test the performance when running an OPAL analysis. (Btw, after the rebase, the number of changed SLOC is +3 -0 )

This PR is rebased again, but performance tests need to be added before merging.

There has not been any evidence of performance improvements when tests with the IFDS analysis.
