Provide information about how to install the extension #6

I can clone the repository but how am I supposed to get this working in Alfred? Please add at least 2 paragraphs about that into the README.

Will do. I'm in the process of updating this to work with Alfred 2. Are you on V2 or V1?

Thank you very much. I am on V2 (although I think quite a few people might still be using V1 so maybe it's worth covering both versions)

@liquid I've updated it to work with V2 and tweaked the README to provide more info on how to install it.
