Allow for user definable deploy users #26

Given all the other things that can be set it seems reasonable that users should be able to define the deploy user.

The proposed set up maintains the existing option as the default but allows for an override

Been bugging me for awhile.. those that +1'd this. What's your use case for wanting something other than the username? I don't mind at all, but I'm wracking my brain to figure out what you guys are doing with it :)

No problem, previously we used capistrano-slack when we used cap 2 and it was the default behaviour for its username to be the environment user but capitalised. I proposed this to allow us to replicate that. It's entirely a stylistic thing for me. I'm sure there are some utility cases out there though.
