Don't know how to build task 'slack:deploy:starting' #51

I had working setup, but looks like slackistrano broke after bundle update. versions: slackistrano 3.0.1 capistrano 3.5.0 capistrano-rails 1.1.6 capistrano-bundler 1.1.4

I just needed to change require 'slackistrano' to require 'slackistrano/capistrano' in Capfile
