Update docs.md #133

This PR adds another Elixir wrapper to the docs. This wrapper provides a more explicit API for interacting with SWAPI through Elixir.

@phalt Repo link is not showing up in production and the Elixir jump link is broken. Not sure if this is something I did on accident... if so, let me know if there's anything I can do to fix it.
