Redesign IT Landscape #250

IT Landscape is a master data doctype that is used for linking all IT assets at one place. This will be done via the connections dashboard in frappe (1.). In version 13 there was a link to a customer to whome this IT Landscape is allocated to. This can be removed in version-14 as we will wan't to make the app ERPNext independent (it should run on vanilla frappe) grafik

[ ] Create new DocType ITM Landscape
[ ] create title field
[ ] decide on naming for name of the doctype
