Need "bringToFront" method for window-like components.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch an application to test using the ApplicationLauncher class.
2. Observe whether the application under test is in front and has input focus.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Need a method that will consistently bring window-like components to the
front and give it focus for input.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FEST 1.0b1 (a little old). WinXP, Vista, Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5 

Please provide any additional information below.
Feature request. The Fixture focus methods do not really accomplish this
consistently. I suspect that .focus will work sometimes, but that it is not
the intent of the method(s).
