Unable to communicate with Hudson Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence. #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Linux32 Eclipse 3.5.1 with AJDT,Maven2,Subclipse,CDT,Hudson from UpdateSite
2.Put Settings to Hudson 1.342 Server and login data
3.press apply

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Exspected: List of Hudson Jobs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest updatesite version (26.01.10) On Xubuntu 10.04 (x86)

Hello,

I had the same problem. When I checked out the source, I found that character
encoding was the problem. After that, I made a patch, which resolved the 
problem.

update

Hey guys - I independently fixed this issue, only to notice that there has been 
a patch for it sitting around for months now. *Please* do update your release 
version lest several other folks lose time with it.
