What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have used dk.contix.eclipse.hudson_1.0.10.jar 
2.http://longrtedgeu06.uk.db.com:8085/ given in Base url
3.host did not accept the connection within the timeout of 2000ms coming

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am able to open xml using http://longrtedgeu06.uk.db.com:8085/api/xml url but 
when configuring in eclipse its giving me "host did not accept the connection 
within the timeout of 2000ms"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.10
