What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Eclipse Hudson configuration 
2. Valid Hudson base url, http://10.15.105.231:18080/hudson-3.0.0/api/xml
3. Url return using "firefox" a valid xml ...
4. Hudson plugin shows error 
==URL does not point to a valid Hudson installation. /api/xml does not return 
correct data.==

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a valid connection ... error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 java 1.6 eclipse indigo hudson plugin lastest

Valid xml from url using firefox
