Drag and drop to move posts #21

Need ability to drag-and-drop posts in the outline view in order to to change the chapter they are in or to reorder them in the current chapter.

For posts: drag post onto the item directly before where you want it to appear. Front of the chapter? Drag it onto the chapter heading. End of the chapter? Drag it onto the last post currently in the chapter. Somewhere in the middle? Drag it onto the post it should follow.

For chapters: drag chapter onto the chapter that should be before it. Front of the book? Drag it onto the book title. End of the book? Drag it onto the last chapter's title. In the middle? Drag it onto the chapter it should follow.

Also: chapters should not be draggable onto posts.
