10 months ago it should be the exact same recipes as normal DE armour, and it's supposed to appear in JEI. i would guess that your modpack removes the recipes?

In the description of the armor, it said it can be upgraded using fusion crafting but i couldnt find a recipe in JEI or the draconic manual
