[Feature Request] Special upgrading modifiers for Sceptres and more integration request

About Sceptres

There are actually some things to do with this special missile-launching weapon. Maybe by making existing modifying materials like Lapis or Silky Jewels have special benefits to Sceptres or by adding new modifying materials for Sceptres (May be a bit weird cuz so far there aren't much materials that are born to modify only one kind of tool), to make the Sceptre shoot more missiles at once (3 upgrading to 5 etc., multiple levels, to make it more suitable for dealing with seas of enemies) or make it more concentrated to one point (the more it's modified the more concentrated the missiles would be, multiple levels, so that it'll be more efficient against a single target), would be super cool.

More integration requests and bullshit ideas

And as a supercool and special add-on for TiC, in my eyes it should have these integrations in the future:

• Support all Netherites (I mean by oredict *Netherite) provided in quite some Future XXX feature backporting mods
• Design some modifiers for some materials provided by GregTech:CE. So far there does exists mods that provides TiC integration, but it's just despairing that there aren't any cool modifiers, which means you are only be able to use them to build your TiC tools, providing some boring values like durability bonus or sth. From my perspective I don't really need them, if Tinkers' Evolution could design modifiers for SOME, maybe four and five GTCE materials, or just simply invoke some already-here modifiers into some materials, I would absolutely turn off the TiC integration in Gregicality and have fun making tools with them. You could pick some special materials that make players easily relate them to GregTech but not another mods, like Naquadah which is common in the End, those types of High Speed Steels, Annealed Copper, Cupronickle or more.
• Avaritia integration. We probably ain't really dying to have it in tconevo, but as the design PlusTiC gave to Avaritia things are actually none of Avaritia's business, if you plan to give Avaritia an integration, I'm hoping for a more respectful modifier design.
• Electroblob's Wizardry support. It probably is the most crazy idea among all here. Like Draconic Evolution, it also has its own equipment upgrading system. Maybe TConEvo could find a way to help players get out of the dilemma making choice between EBWizardry armors and ConArms, or at least give a trait to the Magic Crystal and reduce magic consumption or sth.

Probably a bug of Shuriken with EMC gaining, not sure

Attacking targets with Red Matter contained Shuriken seems doesn't gain any EMC.

Just went back messing around with 1.12.2 minecraft and found this issue i opened.

honestly im kinda pissed off by how frustrating it is editing configs and stuff to get those damn tic addons to work together. if i want one trait from an addon i'll have to add it as a whole ahh bundled pack and waste my life to do the compat job.

whats more fked up, 90% of those addons are some dead projects where every couple months you can see a random guy's complaint on the issue with zero official reply.

so im just casually commenting on this thread with zero, yes zero expectation, that i lowkey want tconevo to be an one stop shop for tic, by that i mean, yea like how Universal Tweaks merges all those optimizing mods for 1.12.2. bc 1.12.2 is and will be the last og version for minecraft and tconevo is not, or at least not that dead in this pile of dead bodies. also, see its amazing astral and draconic compat, tconevo ate.
