Admin $ share is not enabled by default #189

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Dokan to mount a drive letter
2.

What is the expected output? 
for the OS to enable the administrative $ share to the new drive letter

What do you see instead?
Nothing - the share is not created

What version of the product are you using? 
0.5.3

On what operating system?
XP SP3
Win 7 x32/ & x64
SBS7
