Quest entities not updating correctly #207

Describe the bug "Took the "Find Remedy Herb" quest, took derry's quest, went to slime glade, went around it 5 times with no herb in sight, went out of slime glade, relogged in, did derry's quest, went back into slime glade and the herb is there TL;DR the Remedy Herb didn't spawn until i relogged in"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior Quest entities should appear without relogging

I have experienced this on occasion. Sometimes quest objectives do not properly load or activate. And does result in a quest that appears to be incompletable.

I have also seen this reported and be related to interacting with a quest objective at the same time as entering battle will cause the quest objective to be removed without getting credit.

We need to collect more information on this through QA testing.

This has been reported to happen with Goopy Glop.
