Describe the bug Ghosts remain visible after collecting all 10 ghosts or when abandoning the quest.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Obtain the Halloween quest to collect 10 ghosts 2a. Collect all 10 ghosts 2b. Abandon quest
  2. Interact with another ghost

Expected behavior Ghosts to not still be visible and not have the [Press Space] to interact prompt still.
