Volume settings randomly change #221

Describe the bug "The volume settings randomly change every time I load the game. I obviously always keep the music at 100% (and sound effects a little quieter):"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Unknown

Expected behavior Volume should stay consistent

15% is the default setting when the volume setting cant be found or hasnt been set. This might have occured due to the flag not being saved correctly. Fix?: Save the flag after setting it
