Using item on field hotbar with 0 quantity locks it in active (yellow border mode), rendered unusable

Describe the bug using an item when its at 0 qty locks the slot in the "yellow usage mode" and nothing i can do will allow me to click the hotkey again until closing the game

Expected behavior Should immediately deactivate
