Spamming revived when internet disconnected accumulates death cost

Describe the bug When a player loses internet connection, spamming the revive button after dying charges them the accumulated cost upon reconnecting.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Die
2. Disconnect internet
3. Spam revive button
4. Reconnect internet

Expected behavior Disconnect player when they lose connection and death payment to check if they need to be revived/have payed.
