Monster dropped quest items dropping more than required by quest

Describe the bug When fighting multiple monsters in one battle, a player is able to obtain more quest items than required by the quest

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a quest that drops quest items from monsters (Ex. Slime Jelly)
2. Fight multiple monsters in a battle

Expected behavior Quest specific items should be capped in a player's inventory.
