bottom of screen battle HUD faded out #251

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. move to bottom of map until hud fades out
  2. enter battle while its fading
  3. it will stay faded out in battle

also when exiting battle, it doesn't re-fade out also make field hotbar fade with hud
