Describe the bug
Being Slowed by Overencumberment causes the "jumping from a ledge" animation to glitch out and behave strangely, sometimes with the player landing 1 block in front of the intended landing point.
To Reproduce
Pick up enough items to become over-encumbered. As far as I can tell, the effects get more glitchy the slower you are.
Jump off a Ledge (Ledges on inwards corners like the first clip in the video below seem to be especially glitchy)
The jumping animation seems to always glitch out in one way or another
Expected behaviour
The Player should Jump down as normal

Note that in the last clip, My legs disappear when the animation begins as if in tall grass, meaning it has already calculated that the player should land 1 block too far away.

I specifically tested at the Windmill, The Hill by the Lumbermill, and the double drop to the left of the windmill
I was at 123 / 100 Weight
