Install/upgrade packages straight from PyPi / PyPi Listing #58

Enhancement Request

It would be nice if the WinPython Control Panel software would get the PyPi 
package listing for the distribution being used and allow the user to 
navigate/filter/select packages to install/update.  A similar feature exists in 
ActiveState's Perl distribution for CPAN which makes finding and installing 
packages extremely convenient.

Version: Python 3.3 x64
