URL for schema return NOT FOUND #133

The following URL return is not found. Those are used for XML schema

https://phar.io/repository-list https://phar.io/phive/installdb

Well sitemap.xml also missing. I thought you move it somewhere. https://phar.io/sitemap.xml

Technically, there is no requirement for a namespace uri to resolve to an actual schema - so this is not a bug. But I agree we should publish those, so it's a feature request :)
