clean up the branch and maybe create a new branch to work in #4

atm its a mess but since the input isn't even working there is nothing to work with

this should be a reminder not to do everything in the masterbranch cleaning the branch is already done the pipex folder is deleted and the corresponding lines in the makefile as well
