Improvements to aggregated logging errors after model run

When a tool runs and completes successfully, error messages are printed out at the very end of the logging, even after the execution time is printed. This can be confusing to the interested user, who might think that these errors were critical, which is a disconnect from the UI status message presented in the modal dialog.

Do the following:

• Move the logging messages to just before the execution completed message
• Emphasize in logging that these are non-critical errors.
